Popular in Southeast Asian cuisine, the winged bean can be eaten fresh, stir fried, sauteed, steamed, grilled, roasted or fried. They taste delicious cooked with mince pork or beef, stir fried in a simple soy sauce, or just lightly steamed to be dipped in chilli sauce.
