Duria Australia's Highland Old Tree Musang King D197 is durian fruit from 32 year old durian trees. Each old tree can produce up to 200 Mao Shan Wang durians.
The commercial Musang King durian clone is known to have golden yellow flesh, a sticky soft ripe creamy texture with a combination of both bitter and sweet - sometimes preferred for its bold coffee bitterness.
Its fleshy pulp and small aborted seeds (based on nature) are highly regarded by Malaysian durian fans whom many tout this clone as the king of kings.
Duria Australia's Highland Old Tree Musang King 10kg box only comes in size 6, 7 or 8 whole fruit. Selection is random and special requests cannot be made. This means each fruit weighs and average 1.2-1.6kg, making it a B-grade sized fruit.
All durian purchases will be in the process of defrosting at the time of delivery.
