THIS IS A SMALL VERSION OF THE ASIAN VEGETABLE BOX THAT COULD BE SUFFICIENT FOR 1-2 PERSON HOUSEHOLD.

Each box will contain Asian vegetables carefully packed with the best quality Australian-grown vegetables sourced from local growers wherever possible. WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

Based on market price & seasonal availability, the following are examples of seasonal fresh Australian-grown Asian vegetables produce you could receive in your box:

Asian staples in every box - red/brown shallots (Indian onions/French shallots), 1/2 bunch Asian scallions/spring onions, 100g Aussie Organic garlic, 1/2 bunch coriander, 1 lemongrass, 20g ginger.

2 variety of Asian vegetables by seasonal availability - snake beans, lady’s finger / okra, Japanese eggplant, bittermelon, singkua, choko, white radish / daikon, taro root.

1 pack Asian mushrooms - shiitake, enoki, oyster, shimeji, woodear fungus, king oyster.

2 bunches of Asian leafy greens by seasonal availability - watercress, bok choy, moon buk, choy sum, gai choy, kai lan, hung choy / mustard greens, Chinese broccoli, garlic chives, kangkung / water spinach, taro/sweet potato leaves.
