Distinct in its roundness like a volleyball and its extremely long stem, its flesh is sweet and custardy. This Aussie-grown durian is incredibly creamy pulp, even when overripe, it doesn’t become too mushy. If tree-cut, it may be firm in texture and hold more sweetness.
